Every week we meet organizers who were introduced to us by someone who simply thought we’d be a good fit for what they were building. Those introductions have brought more communities onto Kahlab than anything else we’ve done, and they’re what inspired the Kahlab Ambassador Program.
Whether you host your own events, lead a community, create content, or are just the person in your city who always knows who to connect with who, this is an opportunity to help the organizers around you build something stronger while earning rewards for the communities you bring in.
We’re starting with a founding cohort of 10 ambassadors across Houston, Dallas, and Austin.
Kahlab is the app for social clubs.
Organizers use it to host events, communicate with their members, collect payments, and connect with other communities in one place instead of four different tools. Today our network is over 4,000 people and 73 communities and growing.
We’re looking for people who are already connected to communities and already making introductions.
That might be an event host, a community builder, a creator, a networking or membership group leader, or someone in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. If you’re the person people come to when they need to be put in touch with someone, you’ll do well here.
We’re not looking for salespeople. Ambassadors don’t pitch and don’t close. The most valuable thing you can do is say one sentence:
“I think Kahlab would be good for what you’re building. Would you mind if I introduce you to the founder?”
From there, our team handles the conversation.
Getting started is straightforward.
Submit an application. If you’re accepted, we’ll set up a short call, invite you to a 30-minute cohort kickoff, and send you your referral link and ambassador toolkit.
From there your role is to identify communities worth introducing, make the introduction, and represent Kahlab in your city. Priority goes to groups that already host events, charge for some of them, offer memberships, or have an established community they’re trying to grow.

Each month, we suggest identifying five potential organizers, making three qualified introductions, supporting one Kahlab activation when you’re reasonably available, and sharing what you’re hearing from organizers in your city.
You shouldn’t have to figure out how to explain the company yourself.
Every ambassador receives the Ambassador Toolkit: your referral link, introduction and outreach templates, social graphics, your ambassador badge, product screenshots, the Kahlab event calendar, and a list of the kinds of organizations to look for.
Being a Kahlab Ambassador is about more than the rewards.
Most community organizers are running their events on tools that were never built for them, losing members between platforms, and doing far more work than they should have to. Every introduction you make has the potential to give a founder back their time and give their community a place to actually grow.

A program that rewards community connectors for introducing new organizers to Kahlab. Ambassadors earn rewards when the communities they introduce become active on the platform.
Anyone 18 or older who is connected to communities and enjoys introducing people to each other. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and applying does not guarantee acceptance.
A new organization or organizer that Kahlab has not already been actively engaged with, introduced by you directly or submitted through your referral link.
A group that has hosted its first paid event through Kahlab or generated its first paid membership revenue. A signup alone does not qualify.
Rewards are reviewed and paid monthly once a referred group activates.
No. Ambassadors make the introduction. Our team handles the product conversation, and ambassadors do not negotiate pricing or contracts on Kahlab’s behalf.
No, but if you have one, you’ll receive the complimentary organizer upgrade.
