Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Rules and Restrictions: All children must be supervised at all times. Candles must be in holders that prevent wax from dripping on surfaces. Fireworks (including sparklers) are prohibited. Nails, tacks, or staples may not be used in the walls or woodwork. If the tape is used, it must be painter’s tape. Smoking is prohibited at 201 Lofthaus and within 25 feet of all building entrances, exits, windows, and air take vents. Smoke machines, confetti, and glitter are prohibited at 201 Lofthaus and within 25 feet of all building entrances, exits, windows, and air take vents No illicit drug use is permitted, and 201 Lofthaus reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately without refund if such activity occurs. Music or other sounds must not be audible beyond the walls, doors, and windows of the 201 Lofthaus. The renter may not sublease 201 Lofthaus to any third party. Company representatives may monitor all activities in 201 Lofthaus and have the authority to enforce this Agreement. A Company representative may terminate the rental if Group breaches this Agreement or applicable local law. Explicit sexual activity is strictly prohibited. Tasteful Boudoir shoots are allowed. All ages are allowed in the space Security cameras and recording devices Yes, security cameras are present. For the safety of our guests and the property, security cameras are installed in the main common areas of the studio. There are no cameras in private areas such as restrooms or changing areas. Footage is monitored for security purposes only. Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
