Parking & Entry

There is paid parking and street parking available. Guest must call the number posted on the outside window labeled "Eado Spaces" in order to get buzzed in. Members will have key fob access.

EaDo Spaces is designed with an elevated aesthetic, featuring warm ambient lighting that creates a refined, calming atmosphere throughout the space. Seating is intentionally curated with plush lounge furnishings, elegant statement chairs, and thoughtfully arranged communal seating that supports both comfort and sophistication.

Host Rules

EaDo Spaces — House Rules To ensure a welcoming, respectful, and elevated experience for all members and guests, we ask that everyone adhere to the following house rules while using EaDo Spaces. Use at Your Own Risk All guests acknowledge that they are using EaDo Spaces at their own risk and agree to comply with all posted rules and staff instructions at all times. Photography & Content Creation Professional photography, videography, or content creation using professional equipment is not permitted in coworking areas. Professional content creation is allowed only in the event space or content/media room with a prior booking. Casual phone photos or videos are permitted in coworking spaces as long as they do not disrupt others. Hours & Building Access Day pass holders and guests have access from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. For security purposes, doors remain locked. If you exit the building during your visit, please contact the front desk to be buzzed back in. Respect for Space & Community Guests are expected to respect the space, furnishings, equipment, and other members at all times. Any damage caused by you or your guests may result in financial responsibility. Kitchenette Policy Snacks and coffee in the kitchenette are reserved for coworking members and day pass guests only. These amenities are not included with room rentals or event bookings. Media & Photography Disclaimer Photography or video recording may occur in common areas. By entering EaDo Spaces, guests consent to incidental appearance in media unless otherwise stated in writing. EaDo Spaces reserves the right to enforce these rules to maintain a safe, professional, and elevated environment for our community.
