This stunning five-story building features floor-to-ceiling windows, distinctive lobby decor, and the Biscayne Patio outdoor event space. Located in Edgewater right off the Intracoastal Waterway and Margaret Pace Park, it features an on-site parking lot.

Upon arrival at the main entrance (behind Biscayne Blvd), select the 'Expansive' button on the ButterflyMX callbox to be connected to the Community Manager and let into the building.
