GoodWork is flooded with natural light and lots of plants, housed in an industrial warehouse. On a dry day, you can also work outside in our green courtyard, or take a break in our hammock. We have free parking and Fiber wifi. Our workspace is diverse as our members. We welcome creatives, early + mid-stage companies, and nonprofits as we anchor an emerging creative and industrial district with a sprawling building that allows room to grow, evolve, and thrive. GoodWork allows you to create differently each day, from focused 'head down' work to brainstorming amongst trees or connecting over potential and a cup of coffee. We facilitate moments that rarely happen at home in your pajamas or in your standard office routine. We believe in health before hustle, knowing that good work is only done well when you’re 100%.

Parking & Entry

We are located in a renovated mid-century building on South Good-Latimer, pursuing LEED + WELL Building Certifications that will facilitate happiness and productivity through air quality, efficiency, and natural light. We have free parking.

Lighting & Seating Options

You can work in our open coworking zone, hide in our 'No Reservations' whiteboard room, huddle in our geodesic dome, use a treadmill desk, or a variable height desk. And our high-end Hon Solve task chairs will help you do it all in comfort.
