Former home of Vee-Jay and Brunswick Records, 1449 houses three powerhouse small businesses: Overflow Coffee on the first floor, and Mox.E Coworking and Entrenuity on the second floor. Our mission is to empower and amplify entrepreneurs in their pursuit of excellence, accessibility, and professionalism. We provide beautiful locations for private and professional events (meetings, retreats, presentations, performances, launches, etc.) with human (not AI!), on-site staff assistance the entire time. Located on the historic Record Row on Michigan Avenue, we are minutes away from McCormick Place, Millennium Park, multiple museums/attractions, and delicious restaurants in South Loop.
