The Malin expands its Manhattan footprint, venturing North to upscale Park Avenue South. At 20,000 square feet, it marks The Malin's largest location to date, taking over the 5th floor at 387 Park Avenue South at 27th Street. The workspace offers a unique and refreshing departure from the traditional corporate settings that prevail the area, equipped with 10 private offices, 18 dedicated desks, four meeting rooms, 16 phone booths, one library, and a kitchen.
