Kahlab Organization Partner Terms & Conditions

By registering an organization on the Kahlab platform or otherwise participating as an Organization Partner, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not register your organization or use our Services.
1. Purpose and Scope
Kahlab, Inc. (“Kahlab,” “we,” “us”) is a membership-based platform that connects independent professionals with workspaces and with each other through social infrastructure. Organization Partners bring their communities into the Kahlab network, giving their members access to workspaces, professional networking tools, and meaningful connections. Kahlab does not own, operate, or control any physical workspace or organization.

3. Organization Partner Responsibilities
3.1 Accurate Representation
You represent that your organization is a legitimate entity and that you have authority to enter into this Agreement on its behalf. You agree to provide truthful information on your Partner Page.
3.2 Member Onboarding
When using your invite link, you represent that you have obtained necessary consent from individuals and that they are at least 18 years of age. You will not add individuals to the platform without their knowledge or consent.
3.3 Community Standards
You agree to maintain professional conduct in all community features. Content posted through your Partner Page must comply with Kahlab’s community standards.
3.4 Events
You are solely responsible for the organization, execution, safety, and outcomes of any events you host. Kahlab may help amplify your events through the platform but is not an event organizer and assumes no responsibility for your events.

5.1 Data Ownership
Kahlab retains ownership of all member data, profiles, and platform analytics. You receive access to view member profiles and aggregated data for your community through your Partner Page. This data is for internal use only.
5.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of your original content. You grant Kahlab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Services and marketing for the duration of this Agreement.
5.3 Kahlab Branding
Kahlab grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Kahlab name and “Kahlab Community Partner” badge in your marketing materials during the term of this Agreement.
5.4 Privacy
Both parties shall comply with applicable data protection laws. Member data is subject to Kahlab’s Privacy Policy at joinkahlab.com/privacy.
6. Platform Role & Disclaimers
6.1 Kahlab as Infrastructure
KAHLAB IS A TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM THAT PROVIDES COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE, SOCIAL NETWORKING TOOLS, AND WORKSPACE BOOKING SERVICES. KAHLAB DOES NOT OWN, OPERATE, OR CONTROL ANY WORKSPACE OR ORGANIZATION.
6.2 No Responsibility for Workspaces
KAHLAB DOES NOT INSPECT, CERTIFY, OR GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY WORKSPACE. MEMBERS ACCESS WORKSPACES AT THEIR OWN RISK.
6.3 No Responsibility for Events
KAHLAB IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ORGANIZATION, EXECUTION, SAFETY, OR OUTCOMES OF ANY EVENTS LISTED ON THE PLATFORM. KAHLAB DOES NOT ENDORSE ANY PARTICULAR EVENT.
6.4 No Warranty
KAHLAB PROVIDES THE SERVICES ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. KAHLAB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAHLAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. KAHLAB’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE THOUSAND U.S. DOLLARS ($1,000). IN NO EVENT WILL KAHLAB BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kahlab, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from: your organization’s activities, events, or interactions with members; any breach of this Agreement; any claims by your community members arising from workspace use; misrepresentation of Kahlab’s services; and your use or misuse of member data.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon two (2) weeks written notice. Kahlab may terminate immediately for material breach. Upon termination: your Partner Page will be deactivated within 14 days; you will cease use of Kahlab branding. Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any disputes shall first be addressed through informal negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. All claims must be brought individually. You waive any right to a jury trial.
11. General Provisions
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Kahlab, Inc. regarding your participation as an Organization Partner. Kahlab may modify this Agreement at any time; material changes will be communicated, and continued participation constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. You may not assign this Agreement without consent.

By clicking “I Accept,” creating a Partner Page, or otherwise indicating your consent, you are providing a legally binding electronic signature on this Agreement.

Kahlab Member Terms of Service

Our mission is to connect independent professionals to the spaces where they work and the people they should know. By creating a Kahlab account, you agree to these terms.
1. Introduction
1.1 Contract
By creating a Kahlab account, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to a legally binding contract with Kahlab, Inc. (“Kahlab,” “we,” “us”). If you do not agree, do not create an account. Your use is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
1.2 Services
This Agreement applies to joinkahlab.com, members.joinkahlab.com, related mobile apps, and all associated services including profiles, directories, messaging, workspace booking, Partner Pages, and warm introductions (collectively, the “Services”).
1.3 Changes
We may modify this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Changes are not retroactive.
2. Your Obligations
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age. You will only have one account, which must be in your real name. Creating an account with false information is a violation of these terms.
2.2 Your Account
You agree to: use a strong password and keep it confidential; not share or transfer your account; and follow the law and these terms. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
2.3 Payment
If you purchase paid Services, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. We may store and continue billing your payment method. We may modify pricing with 30 days’ notice. Failure to pay results in a 7-day grace period, after which access is suspended.
2.4 Sharing
Information you share through profiles, threads, messaging, and directories may be visible to other Members, Space Partners, and Organization Partners. We will honor your visibility settings where available.
3. Membership Plans
3.1 Free Membership
Public profile in the Kahlab directory, 1:1 messaging, access to affiliated Partner Page communities, Warm Introductions, and Partner Badges. No workspace access included.
3.2 Homebase Plan
All free features plus: unlimited access to one primary partner workspace (your “Homebase”), automatic “Who’s Working Where” visibility at your Homebase, and priority intro matching. You may change your Homebase once per billing cycle.
3.3 Freedom Plan
All free features plus: workspace access via credits (cost varies by space) and “Who’s Working Where” visibility on booking days.
4. Workspace Access
4.1 Third-Party Spaces
KAHLAB FACILITATES ACCESS TO INDEPENDENTLY OPERATED PARTNER WORKSPACES. KAHLAB DOES NOT OWN, OPERATE, MANAGE, OR CONTROL ANY WORKSPACE. SPACE PARTNERS ARE INDEPENDENT BUSINESSES SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR PREMISES, SAFETY, AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE.
4.2 Accuracy of Listings
Workspace descriptions, photos, and amenity listings are provided by Space Partners, not Kahlab. Kahlab does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of any space information.
4.3 Assumption of Risk
BY USING ANY WORKSPACE ACCESSED THROUGH KAHLAB, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH ACCESSING SUCH SPACES, INCLUDING PROPERTY DAMAGE, ILLNESS, BODILY INJURY, OR DEATH. YOUR USE OF ANY WORKSPACE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
4.4 Space Rules
You agree to comply with each space’s rules, policies, and reasonable staff instructions. Violations may result in removal and/or membership termination.
4.5 Sole Recourse
Your sole recourse for any claim arising from your experience at a partner workspace is against the Space Partner, not Kahlab. You waive any recourse against Kahlab for such claims.
4.6 No Guarantee
Kahlab does not guarantee workspace availability. Spaces may close, change hours, or cease participating.
5. Rights and Limits
5.1 Your License to Kahlab
You own your original content. You grant Kahlab a non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Services. You can end this license by deleting content or closing your account, except where content was shared and copied by others. We will honor your visibility settings and will not use your content in third-party ads without consent.
5.2 Service Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time. Kahlab is not a storage service.
5.3 Intellectual Property
Kahlab reserves all IP rights in the Services. Kahlab’s name, logos, and trademarks are property of Kahlab, Inc.
5.4 Limits
Kahlab may limit your use of Services, including connections, messages, and introductions. Kahlab may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account for violations.
6. Social Features
6.1 Profiles
Your profile is visible to other Members, Space Partners, and Organization Partners. You agree to provide truthful information.
6.2 Who’s Working Where
Displays your presence based on Homebase selection or bookings. Operates automatically. Adjust visibility in settings.
6.3 Warm Introductions
By using this feature, you consent to sharing your name and profile with introduced parties. Opt out anytime in settings. Kahlab does not guarantee outcomes of introductions.
6.4 Messaging
Do not use messaging for spam, solicitation, or harassment.
6.5 Others’ Content
You may encounter content from other Members that is inaccurate or offensive. Kahlab is not responsible for content made available by others.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
7.1 No Warranty
KAHLAB PROVIDES THE SERVICES ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. KAHLAB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7.2 Platform Role
KAHLAB IS A TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM. NOT A WORKSPACE OPERATOR, EMPLOYER, LANDLORD, OR EVENT ORGANIZER. KAHLAB DOES NOT SUPERVISE OR CONTROL MEMBERS OR SPACES.
7.3 No Responsibility for Spaces
KAHLAB IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDITION, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF ANY WORKSPACE, NOR FOR ANY ACTIONS OF ANY SPACE PARTNER. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL KAHLAB BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH RESULTING FROM USE OF ANY WORKSPACE.
7.4 Liability Cap
KAHLAB’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE THOUSAND U.S. DOLLARS ($1,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. KAHLAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
8. Termination
You may cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. Kahlab may terminate immediately for material breach. Upon termination, your profile is deactivated within 7 days. Sections 5, 7, 9, and 10 survive.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kahlab, Inc. from any claims arising from: your use of the Services; interactions with other Members or Space Partners; your use of any workspace; content you post; and any violation of these terms or law.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be resolved informally. If unresolved, through binding arbitration in governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accessing the Services by emailing legal@joinkahlab.com.
11. Dos and Don’ts
Do: comply with all laws; provide accurate information; use your real name; act professionally; respect space rules; leave workspaces clean.
Don’t: create false identity; scrape or bot the platform; share others’ private info; spam or solicit; harass anyone; post harmful content; damage workspaces; share login credentials; use the Services for illegal purposes.
12. General Terms
This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and Kahlab, Inc. regarding the Services. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. You may not assign this Agreement. Kahlab may assign to affiliates or acquirers.

Kahlab Space Partner Terms & Conditions

By listing your workspace on the Kahlab platform or otherwise participating as a Space Partner, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not list your space or use our Services.
1. Purpose and Scope
Kahlab, Inc. (“Kahlab,” “we,” “us”) is a membership-based platform that connects a community of independent professionals with workspaces and with each other through social infrastructure. The platform is solely a bridge that facilitates workspace access, community tools, and direct payouts to space owners. Kahlab does not own, operate, or control any physical facility. You, the Space Partner (“Provider,” “you”), are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and availability of your space.
2. What You Receive
Kahlab provides each Space Partner with the following at no cost:
These tools are provided as community infrastructure. Kahlab is not responsible for the management or operation of your workspace.
3. Payout and Payment Terms
3.1 Homebase Payouts
For each active Homebase Member assigned to your space, you will receive a direct payout based upon your set rate listed on the platform. Homebase payout is calculated at market rate with a 10% discount. This payout is contingent upon your compliance with the terms set forth in this Agreement.
3.2 Booking Payouts
For each Day Pass or credit-based booking made through the Kahlab platform, you will receive a direct payout based upon your set rate listed on the platform.
3.3 Payment Process
Payouts are processed automatically via Stripe Connect on a predetermined schedule. You must have a properly set-up Stripe account connected to the platform to receive funds.
3.4 Non-Payment for Non-Compliance
If you fail to uphold your obligations as set forth herein — including but not limited to providing a safe, clean, and accessible space — Kahlab reserves the right to withhold payouts for affected bookings.
4. Provider Responsibilities
4.1 Hosting and Facility Management
You are solely responsible for maintaining the space in a condition that meets or exceeds the quality standards represented on the platform. This includes ensuring the space is clean, safe, and fully available for booked time slots.
4.2 Insurance and Liability
You must maintain all necessary insurance and liability coverage for your space. Kahlab is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss that occurs in connection with the use of your space.
4.3 Damage Resolution
If any damages occur during a booking or Homebase member visit, you are responsible for promptly addressing and resolving the issue directly with the member. Failure to resolve such issues may result in a delay or withholding of payout for the affected booking.
4.4 Accurate Availability
You agree to keep your calendar accurate and update availability in a timely manner. Inaccurate availability or repeated no-shows may result in penalties, including withheld payouts or removal from the platform.
4.5 Member Onboarding
When using your invite link to register your existing members, you represent that you have obtained any necessary consent from those individuals and that they are at least 18 years of age.
4.6 Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary licenses, permits, and authority to operate your space and offer workspace access. You are solely responsible for ADA compliance, fire safety, building codes, and local zoning requirements.
4.7 Communication
You will designate a primary point of contact and notify Kahlab of any closures, capacity changes, or material disruptions with reasonable advance notice.

6.1 Booking Process
Members book your space via the Kahlab platform, and each booking automatically triggers the payout mechanism as described in Section 3.
6.2 Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, the corresponding payout may be adjusted or rescinded depending on the circumstances and any applicable cancellation terms. You are required to adhere to the cancellation terms specified by Kahlab.
7. Data, Privacy & Intellectual Property
7.1 Data Ownership
Kahlab retains ownership of all member data, profiles, and platform analytics. You receive access to view member profiles and aggregated usage data for your space through your Partner Page. This data is for internal use only and may not be exported, sold, or shared with third parties.
7.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of your original content (photos, descriptions, branding). You grant Kahlab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Services and marketing for the duration of this Agreement. You may end this license for specific content by removing it from the Services.
7.3 Kahlab Branding
Kahlab grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Kahlab name and “Kahlab Certified Space” badge in your marketing materials during the term of this Agreement.
7.4 Privacy

KAHLAB IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDITION, SAFETY, LEGALITY, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY WORKSPACE. KAHLAB DOES NOT INSPECT, CERTIFY, OR GUARANTEE THE QUALITY OF ANY SPACE. ALL REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT A SPACE’S AMENITIES, CAPACITY, SAFETY, AND COMPLIANCE ARE MADE SOLELY BY THE SPACE PARTNER.
8.3 Member Conduct
Kahlab does not supervise, direct, or control members in their use of partner spaces. Your sole recourse for any loss, damage, or claim arising from a member’s conduct at your space is against the individual member, and you hereby waive any recourse against Kahlab for such claims.
8.4 No Warranty
KAHLAB PROVIDES THE SERVICES ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. KAHLAB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAHLAB WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. KAHLAB’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL PAYOUTS MADE TO YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE THOUSAND U.S. DOLLARS ($1,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. IN NO EVENT WILL KAHLAB BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kahlab, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from: your operation of the workspace; any claims related to the physical condition, safety, or legal compliance of your space; any claims by members or third parties from their experience at your space; your use or misuse of member data; and any breach of this Agreement.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon two (2) weeks written notice. Kahlab may terminate immediately if you materially breach this Agreement, receive persistent negative feedback, or if your conduct may harm Kahlab or its members. Upon termination: your Partner Page will be deactivated within 14 days; member affiliations will be reassigned or removed; pending payouts will be processed according to the terms herein; you will immediately cease use of Kahlab branding. Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall first be addressed through informal negotiations. Should a resolution not be reached, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Houston, Texas, in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. All claims must be brought individually and not as a class action. You waive any right to a jury trial.
13. General Provisions
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Kahlab, Inc. regarding the listing of your space on the platform. Kahlab reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time; material changes will be communicated to you, and continued participation constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. You may not assign this Agreement without Kahlab’s consent. Kahlab may assign to affiliates or acquirers.
