Iconic is a state-of-the-art executive suites, co-working and events space center, with two different locations in Miami, one in Aventura and another one in Downtown Miami business district, which provides flexible office solutions that can adapt to each and every client's need.

Parking & Entry

From I 95 take Exit 16 (Ives Dairy Road) and go east to Biscayne Blvd (one mile). Turn left (north) on Biscayne and make a right on NE 207 Street, Aventura Park Square will be on your right and Iconic Workspaces is located in the Signature Office building# 2980 which is on your left hand as soon as you drive into the complex, with Banesco on the first floor and Graziano's and BarTaco right across the building's lobby. You can valet or self-park in the public parking building. Iconic is located on the 3rd floor of the building.
